Ensembles and Programs

StatoilHydro Canada Mentorship Program

We are extremely pleased to recognize StatoilHydro Canada Ltd. and its commitment to support the cost of our Mentorship Program. SHALLAWAY's Mentorship Program provides scholarships, and mentored leadership and collaborative experience to seven university students and seven secondary students annually.

The seven choral and instrumental scholarships (named for leading Newfoundland and Labrador music educators) are awarded to undergraduate students in the Faculty of Education and the School of Music at Memorial University. The seven apprenticeships are awarded to choristers in Camerata, Jubilate and the Senior Children's Chorus who show a particular interest in both the pedagogical and performance aspects of our program, both in choral and instrumental music.
