Shallaway’s mandate is to provide choral music education to young Newfoundlanders and Labradorians, to connect the province with the rest of the artistic world through choral presentation. Shallaway has developed an excellence in the interpretation and performance of a wide range of choral work from around the world, especially works celebrating the musical and cultural heritage of Newfoundland and Labrador and to date, has produced six recordings.
Shallaway now also has download cards available for purcahse at the Shallaway Office or at Shallaway performances. The cards are $2 each and allow the purchaser to download two Shallaway mp3's. For more information contact Lori.
