Role Overview:
Position: Communications and Development Coordinator
Reporting to: Executive Director
Status: Full-Time
Location: In Office - St. John's

Key Responsibilities:
-Communications: Implement MARCOM strategy, create engaging digital/print collateral, manage online presence, and enhance internal communications.

-Revenue Development: Collaborate in donor relationship building, fund development prospecting, grant writing, and support fundraising events.

Who You Are:
Passionate about brand-building and effective storytelling.
A collaborative team player with a knack for working independently.
Experienced in fundraising with a proven track record (2+ years preferred).
Detail-oriented with superb organizational and communication skills.
